Please arrive early so we can start promptly at ten thirty. Story time will consist of a variety of activities that can include songs, crafts, dancing around acting silly and interactive stories for our 'lil squirrels.

What is Friday Night Movies? Well, it's a chance to drink with your comrades as we watch nerd propaganda on an 100" screen. As always we encourage BYOB it makes the movies we show seem like high budget blockbusters.

Okay, There's no real challenge, just show up and enjoy an afternoon of some old-school board games here at Evil Squirrel Comics with Sparky. Lately, we've been playing Risk, but we're willing to play about other games too.

Evil Squirrel Comics 'lil Squirrel's Movie Club meets here at the comic book store on Sunday mornings from 10:30am until somewhere around 1:30 pm and is a free opportunity for parents and their young'uns to enjoy a nice Sunday morning outside of the house here in Rogers Park.

Either come by to play or cruise over to get some street passes. Every Sunday we meet up around two and play.

HeroClix Gameplay at Evil Squirrel Comics is open to all, including rookies, experienced players, and veterans. Never played before? Don't worry, our HeroClix regulars are great people and will help you get you on your feet in terms of learning the ropes and everything.

That's right, Wednesday is the day the new comics hit the shelves, so hurry in to the store and get the new title while they're hot! Can't make it to the store on Wednesday? Create your own Nerd Propaganda Plan and we'll pull all your favorite titles, bagged and boarded, and hold them for you!

Basic book club rules apply. One book a month, announced at the start of each month. If you have it at home already, you're welcome to read your personal copy and attend. If not, it will be a featured item and you can purchase a copy from us for 15% off, as a book club perk. We meet once a month (typically the last Wednesday of the month), so all bring any rants, raves, or personal experiences to share and discuss (oh and BYOB too!!).

There is no fee to come and chime in. The next selection is recently released (and previously lost) 1960s Jim Henson piece, "Tale Of Sand". Starting next week Wednesday May 2 - May 30th, you can pick up the book for 15% off.
